Read carefully what that implies in practice:

You generally cannot expect to obtain this visa at the airport on arrival.
You generally cannot expect to complete it purely online as some nationalities can.
You will normally be dealing with an Armenian diplomatic mission or consular post, which means appointments, lead time, and a properly assembled file.

The site’s indicative and unverified planning figures for the employer-led process, all pending lawyer review, are: an employment-based residence card at approximately 105,000 AMD, an indicative all-in total of roughly 155,950–170,950 AMD, and processing of up to about two months.
